Help us build the category.
Anchor Evolution Sanctuary is growing a small bench of exceptional practitioners. We hire slowly, train deeply, and commit to full annual cycles — because our clients do.
Catalyst
Program Architect & Field Facilitator
The role
The Catalyst designs and holds an entire interdependence development cycle — the retreat conversations, the dilemma work, the group structure, and every choice about sequencing, pace, and pressure.
This is not a trainer position and not a coaching position. The Catalyst reads what a team is actually carrying, and designs the experience that brings it to the surface — in the field, in the Circle, with real consequences for the group.
What you'll do
Lead immersive three-day Retreats in South Florida's natural settings, fully screen-free. Facilitate bimonthly Pulse mastermind sessions and private Calibration sessions with team leaders. Design and apply controlled turmoil — and know precisely when to release it. Partner with Co-Pros, matching each craft to what the cohort needs next.
Who you are
An expert in group dynamics with deep facilitation experience — you have held demanding rooms of senior professionals through difficult conversations. Background in organizational development, applied psychology, education, or an equivalent discipline. Fully at ease working outdoors, unplugged, for days at a time. Able to commit to complete annual cycles with each client group.
What we offer
Full training and certification in the Anchor's Turmoil Model and the complete Anchor method. A boutique, high-trust practice — few clients, deep work, no volume game. The opportunity to shape a new category from its founding years, working directly alongside the founder.
Co-Pro
Professional Trainer & Teacher — Mindfulness · Acting · Public Speaking · Storytelling · Ethics
The role
Co-Pros are working professionals in the crafts of thinking and expression. Each Co-Pro trains a specific capacity a team needs — mindfulness teachers who slow the group to where real thinking happens; acting and public speaking trainers who put participants inside other perspectives and in front of an audience; storytellers who help a team articulate its own narrative; ethicists who hold the conversation about values and limits.
What you'll do
Deliver craft sessions inside three-day Retreats and Pulse sessions, in natural outdoor settings and fully screen-free. Rotate through annual cycles, matched by the Catalyst to what each cohort needs next. Give teams new working tools — not lectures, not motivation.
Who you are
An active, working practitioner of your craft — not a former one, and not a professional speaker about it. Experienced in teaching adults, ideally senior professionals. Comfortable in intimate, unplugged retreat settings, with the discretion and confidentiality the work demands. Able to commit to full annual cycles.
How we engage
Bench model: Co-Pros join through a standing Co-Pro Services Agreement and are engaged per cycle, matched to cohort needs. Your background craft and materials remain yours; the program design remains ours. Clean, professional, and built for a long-term working relationship.
How to apply
Send a short note about yourself and your craft, along with your CV, to anchorevolutionsanctuary@gmail.com. Tell us which role you're applying for — and what you believe teams in transition actually need.
