He has spearheaded national-level training programs: recruiting, training, and overseeing extensive networks of professional facilitators and instructors to deliver over 10,000 instructional hours annually across governmental and social service sectors. His consulting expertise is deeply rooted in strategic resource development, applied research, multi-sectoral collaboration, and navigating complex public and private systems to maximize operational efficiency.
Bringing a unique global perspective that blends dynamic Israeli innovation and resourcefulness with a sharp alignment to American standards, Ofer excels at building sustainable organizational infrastructures, crafting advanced training curricula, and mentoring leadership teams to achieve long-term strategic success.
Before founding AES, Ofer spent nearly two decades designing and delivering training transformation processes for organizations navigating their hardest human challenges. Their directors describe the work:
He has a gift for teaching material with humor and experiential instruction, adapting the level of the material to staff with varied levels of education, experience, and language proficiency.
Throughout the process I felt I had a partner who seeks the most efficient and precise ways to bring crucial knowledge to our professional staff. A year later, the tools he gave my team are still efficient and problem-solving.

Scott Lappin.
Embodied Communication Co-Pro.
Scott Lappin is a movement coach, facilitator, and creator of the Moving Edge Method, bringing more than four decades of professional experience in the art and science of human connection. His background in professional ballroom dance became a lifelong laboratory for understanding what happens between people: how we communicate beyond words, establish trust, navigate uncertainty, lead and follow, adapt to change, and ultimately learn to move together.
As a Co-Pro, Scott uses conscious movement and experiential learning to transform concepts such as trust, communication, alignment, collaboration, self-awareness, and interdependence into experiences participants can actually feel, observe, and explore. His work creates purposeful moments of challenge and discovery that reveal habitual patterns while providing a safe environment to experiment with new choices.
His approach is playful without being superficial, challenging without being intimidating, and deeply rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation occurs when insight becomes embodied experience. Through individual, partner, and group explorations, Scott helps people strengthen self-awareness while becoming more responsive to those around them, developing the presence, adaptability, trust, and relational intelligence essential to high-performing teams.
When we change how we move together, we change what becomes possible together.
